Baxolile’s career path in the financial, FMCG, and oil & gas sectors is characterized by her advancement through various roles. She began her journey at the African Bank, transitioned through diverse positions within the Unilever Group, and held significant roles at PetroSA.
This includes serving as a Marketing Manager in Europe and later holding the position of Vice President of Trading Supply & Logistics for a duration of six years. Her leadership in this role involved executing major projects, like the Transnet NMPP Line fill Project, and expanding PetroSA’s infrastructure and footprint both locally and internationally.
Having traveled both regionally and internationally, she acquired substantial experience. This success equipped her with the ability to adeptly navigate intricate industry challenges and fostering strategic partnerships and relationships.
